POLICIES
BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT: We ask that you arrive with freshly cleaned lashes. No mascara, no eye make-up, moisturizer or lash serum on your lashes as this will affect your results. Please avoid caffeine before your appointment (this enables eye jitters!).
CANCELLATIONS: Our 24-hour cancellation policy ensures efficient scheduling and respects both your time and ours. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require 24 hours notice for cancellations. No-shows will be charged a cancellation fee of $25 per missed appointment.
LATE ARRIVALS: If you are a few minutes late, we understand. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we will not have enough time to complete your treatment.
NO REFUNDS: We do not offer refunds on lash services or lash products, however if there is anything you are not happy with, let us know, we will always fix it!
CREDIT CARDS: We require a credit card on file to HOLD your appointment. We do NOT charge your card any deposit before your appointment.
