POLICIES

BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT: We ask that you arrive with 100% clean lashes. No mascara, eye make-up, moisturizer or lash serum on your lashes as this will affect your results.

CANCELLATIONS:  Our 24-hour cancellation policy ensures efficient scheduling and respects both your time and ours. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require 24 hours notice for cancellations. No shows will be charged a cancellation fee of $25 per missed appointment.

LATE ARRIVALS: If you are a few minutes late, we understand. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we will not have enough time to complete your treatment. It will be cancelled and charges will apply.

NO REFUNDS: We do not offer refunds on lash services or lash products. If you have questions about aftercare or general lash concerns, please address these with your lash artist BEFORE application. 

CREDIT CARDS: We require a credit card on file to HOLD your appointment. We do NOT charge your card any deposit before your appointment. We accept debit, Visa, Mastercard and CASH.
