POLICIES
FOREIGN FILLS: If you have lash extensions from another lash artist or beauty service provider, please book a full set. This will provide enough time to assess your lashes, consult your lash needs, and discuss your options and lash vision (free removal included, if necessary).
CANCELLATIONS: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require 24 hours notice for cancellations. No shows will be charged a cancellation fee of $25/per missed appointment. Our 24-hour cancellation policy ensures efficient scheduling and respects both your time and ours.
LATE ARRIVALS: If you are a few minutes late, we understand. If you are MORE than 20 minutes late, it will be cancelled and no-show charges will apply.
NO REFUNDS: We do not offer refunds on lash services or lash products. If you have questions about aftercare or general lash concerns, please address these with your lash artist BEFORE application.
CREDIT CARDS/PAYMENTS: We require a credit card on file to HOLD your appointment. We do NOT charge your card any deposit before your appointment. We accept debit, Visa, Mastercard and CASH.
